RESOLVED: Issues accessing Carleton Central and other authenticated services

As of 1:00PM January 19 – Issue has been resolved and authentication services restored.  Please contact the ITS Service Desk if you are experiencing any ongoing problems accessing applications.

As of 7:30AM January 19 – Users are reporting issues accessing Carleton Central, Jira Services and MyCarletonOne portal for things like password resets and account setups.  ITS Support is aware and working to resolve.
