As of 8:30AM August 9: This issue is now resolved and all ITS Jira services are fully operational again, including the Daily COVID Screening form submissions.
As of 7:30AM August 9: An issue with ITS Jira Services was discovered and addressed earlier this morning. However, a problem affecting the Daily COVID Screening form persists. ITS Support continues to work on a solution.
