Jira Maintenance: COMPLETED

Completed:  11:45 a.m. December 8:

Maintenance to the Jira system has been completed and all services have resumed.  Users can once again access the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal to submit or view existing tickets.

We thank everyone for their patience during this time.

Update #3 – 4:00 p.m. December 7:

The Jira system remains unavailable as ITS continues working towards a resolution.  Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Update #2 – 11:00 a.m. December 7:

Restoration work continues on the Jira system and it remains unavailable at this time. Our next update will be provided by 4 p.m.

Those in need of IT assistance can reach the Service Desk by email at its.service.desk@carleton.ca between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Service by phone is available on a 24/7 basis at 613-520-3700.

In-person service is available today at the Service Desk on the fourth floor of MacOdrum Library between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

At this time, the ITS Service Desk Customer Portal used to provide IT help is unavailable for the creation and viewing of tickets.

Update #1 – 9:26 a.m. December 7:

Technical issues have prevented service restoration this morning on the Jira system and it remains unavailable at this time. ITS continues to work towards resolution. Our next update will be provided by 11 a.m.

From December 6:

Maintenance is required to the Jira system used for ticketing and project tracking.  Users will be unable to access the Customer Portal during this time to create or view tickets.  Those in need of assistance can reach the ITS Service Desk by phone at 613-520-3700.

Full service will be available by 8:00 AM Thursday December 7.
