RESOLVED: Jira Services and Carleton Central

As of 10:30 AM June 27 – This issue has been resolved and both Jira Services and Carleton Central are fully accessible once again.
Users may have also noticed that other services like FAST and Banner Admin Pages were unreachable. These services are once again fully accessible.
As of 8:00 AM June 27 – Users are currently unable to access Jira Services, including the Jira Customer Portal. We are also seeing intermittent issues with access to Carleton Central. ITS Support is aware and investigating.
