Microsoft 365 Services – Resolved!

Update as of 9:30 AM, July 31:  This issue has been resolved. Users can access Microsoft 365 service as expected.

Update as of 4:00 PM:  Microsoft’s efforts to implement network configuration changes has been successful thus far, and their monitoring shows improvement in service availability. Calls to the ITS Service Desk about this issue have been minimal. ITS will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates here as they become available.

As of 10:45 AM:  Microsoft is reporting a networking issue it says may cause users to experience latency or degraded feature performance when accessing Microsoft 365 service. Some Carleton users have reported issues authenticating with Microsoft services after logging in with their MyCarletonOne password. ITS is aware and investigating. Updates will be provided here as they become available.
