As of 9:00AM, April 22 – This issue is now resolved. Full service to the Microsoft Outlook client has been verified.
As of 4:00PM, April 19 – ITS continues to investigate this matter. Users experiencing ongoing issues accessing email via the Microsoft Outlook client can continue using Outlook for the Web.
As of 2:00PM, April 16 – ITS has received multiple reports of degraded service to the Microsoft Outlook client. ITS recommends using Outlook for the Web by visiting exchange.carleton.ca and logging in with your MyCarletonOne credentials. This page will be updated as we receive more information.
