RESOLVED: Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Services

As of 4:00PM, March 5:  This issue has been resolved, however, any ongoing issues related to MFA access can be directed to the ITS Service Desk at 613-520-3700.

As of 3:30PM, March 3:  ITS is investigating multiple reports of intermittent issues affecting multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access to resources. ITS support teams are aware and are monitoring reports from Microsoft related to an Azure services alert. The statement from Microsoft indicates that there is a network connectivity issue impacting resources throughout Canada and they are taking steps to resolve.

Users that are unable to authenticate with MFA can contact the ITS Service Desk at 613-520-3700 for assistance.
