UPDATE: Network Services Issue

4:00PM Friday, May 3 – No further network instability has been detected since ITS Support completed configuration changes on the evening of Wednesday, May 1.  Support team will continue to monitor.

8:30AM Wednesday, May 1 – Network services remain stable.  ITS continues to monitor, however, please contact us if you encounter any service outage or disruption.

2:00PM Monday, April 29 – Some network services on campus experienced a short, intermittent outage.

Users may have experienced intermittent outages to the following services:

  • CU-Wireless
  • Microsoft 365 apps
  • WordPress sites
  • Jira
  • cuPortfolio
  • Carleton Central
  • Service Desk phones
  • External internet access

ITS is aware and is investigating root causes. Please contact the ITS Service Desk if other services not listed here are impacted.
