As of 12:00PM, January 20:  This issue has been resolved and access to authenticated services has been restored.

As of 11:15AM, January 20:  ITS has engaged with Microsoft support once again and continues to work towards a resolution.

As of 8:00AM, January 20:  The issue experienced January 19 affecting Carleton Central and other Authenticated Services has resurfaced.  ITS is aware and working to resolve.
