As of 4:45PM February 14: ITS Network Services has addressed this issue. VPN connectivity has stabilized once again.
As of 3:00PM February 14: Users are reporting issues connecting to the campus VPN or getting continuously disconnected from it. ITS Support is aware and investigating.
