As of 10:00AM Sept 25: This issue is now resolved and all services requiring Azure MFA are accessible once again.
As of 9:30AM Sept 25: Users are experiencing issues accessing services that require Azure Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). ITS Support is aware and working to resolve.
