As of 9:45pm January 26 – This issue has been resolved. Microsoft released a statement Friday January 26 indicating that normal operation levels for Teams services had been restored. They continue to investigate the root cause.
As of 2pm January 26 – Users are reporting a time lag between send and delivery of Teams chat messages.
Microsoft has released a service alert acknowledging the issue and an investigation is underway at their end. ITS is aware of this matter and monitoring for further updates from Microsoft.
