RESOLVED: BDM Access from Carleton Central

As of 5:20 PM January 29 – This issue has been resolved. The connection between Carleton Central and BDM is restored and all related services have resumed.
As of 2:30 PM January 29 – Users are reporting issues accessing documents through Carleton Central. Access to Central itself is fully operational, however, the issue lies with the connection between Central and Banner Document Manager (BDM). ITS Support is aware and working to resolve.
