As of 5:00PM August 1, 2022: The vendor has resolved this issue. Duo multi-factor authentication service has been fully restored.
As of 8:00AM July 28, 2022: Duo, our multi-factor authentication tool, is experiencing issues with push notifications to Android devices. All other platforms are not affected.
The software vendor is aware and working to resolve.
