As of 8:00 AM, Oct 30 – This issue is resolved. Access to all NVivo applications has resumed.
As of 4:00 PM, Oct 29 – Users are reporting issues accessing the various suite of NVivo applications, including the transcription service.
The root of this issue looks to be on the vendor’s side. Please check back here for updates as they are made available.
