Outlook / Exchange Emails Issues – Resolved!

As of 8:30 AM, Feb 14th, ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with Outlook/Exchange email service.  However, we recommend that you continue to check you ‘Junk mail’ folder for new or copied emails.

If the problem persists, please contact the ITS Service Desk for help.

As of Wed Feb 13, Intermittent issues continue to be experienced again today, with Outlook/Exchange email.

Some symptoms are:

  • Not receiving new email
  • New email messages are being delivered to the Junk folder

Students may also be affected if they are using their Carleton Alias email addresses (firstname.lastname@carleton.ca).

ITS is aware and continues to investigate.
