Print Services

As part of ongoing system maintenance, ITS will be completing software upgrades to the Papercut application that manages network printing on campus. Clients will experience the following service impact during this timeframe:
- Students will not have access to any print services on campus.
- Staff and Faculty will experience degraded print services on all Konica Minolta printers. All other printing devices will remain in service.
The ITS Service Desk on the 4th floor of the MacOdrum Library, along with The Print Shop at 102 Pigiarvik are available to offer print services to all users during this outage.
Full service will be restored by 1:00 PM.
