Problems logging onto VDI VMWare Client – Resolved!

As of 3:45 PM, March 6th: The VDI VMWare client problem has now been resolved.
As of 10:45 AM, March 6th: Problems are currently being experienced with the VDI VMware client, users will be unable to login to the service.
A work around is to use the HTML version of VDI. Go to the website mydesktop.carleton.ca and select ‘VMware Horizon HTML Access’ and logon using your MC1 account.
ITS Support are aware and are investigating.
