As of 9:15PM November 6 – This issue has been resolved. Users can access Banner once again without having to bypass the warning message.
As of 8:20PM November 6 – Users attempting to log onto https://carleton.ca/banner/ are receiving a warning about proceeding to a non-secure site. The Banner application itself is not offline, however, users are required to disregard the message in order to proceed. ITS Support is aware and working to resolve.
