Voice Mail Services

Clients will experience a service disruption to Voice Mail services during this time. ITS will be performing software upgrades to the Voice Mail system.
Clients will be unable to check voicemail messages and callers will not be forwarded to the voice mail system during this time. A full backup and restore of all recordings and messages will take place. However, to increase the efficiency of this upgrade, ITS recommends that clients log into the voicemail system and delete all unwanted messages prior to this maintenance window.
Full services will be restored by 8:00 PM.
