  • Sign into staffhub.office.com with your full Carleton email address, such as marySmith@cunet.carleton.ca.
  • Select “Switch Team” in the drop-down, or “New Team” on the upper left of the screen.
  • Add the names and numbers of team members to schedule.
  • Send an invitation to each team member so they can download the StaffHub app and see their schedules.
  • Edit and publish a schedule
