A well thought out website can save time and frustration – visitors find what they need quickly and leave feeling happy about their experience.
Web Services has created a series of online workshops for the Carleton community that provide information on how to great websites. These workshops came about as a result of the Service Excellence outreach sessions. Many departments expressed interest in finding ways to enhance their websites.
The workshops are delivered online, making them accessible to anyone at whatever time most suits them. All you need is a computer and an internet connection! To try out a workshop, simply go to carleton.ca/webshops and click on the workshop that interests you.
Each web workshop is about 15 minutes in length and focuses on one aspect of the web at Carleton. They consist of high resolution videos, a downloadable workbook with hands-on exercises plus live online Q&A.

- How to Conduct a Content Audit – An Introduction to Google Analytics
- How to Write Great Page Titles
