Everyone is welcome to attend.

Arif died as a result of an automobile accident near Kingston, Ont., on Oct. 14, 2013.

The university extends sincere condolences to his family and his many friends in the Carleton community, including the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and faculty and staff who knew him. A book of condolence for Arif is available for signing in the Tory Lobby and will remain there until the memorial service, when it will then be moved to Fenn Lounge.

There will also be counsellors on hand at the memorial service for anyone in the Carleton community who wishes to speak to them.
