Dr. Pooja Parmar, a recent addition to the faculty in the Department of Law and Legal Studies, has been recognized by the University of British Columbia for outstanding scholarship.
Her dissertation entitled, ‘Claims, Histories, Meanings: Indigeneity and Legal Pluralism in India’ (completed at the UBC Faculty of Law) has been awarded the Faculty of Law’s PhD Dissertation Prize for 2012-13. Congratulations!
