Prof. Ummni Khan has published a blog on former CBC host, Jian Ghomeshi. The article, entitled “Grappling with Ghomeshi“, explores a host of significant topics pertaining to the recent controversy: from human rights, BDSM identification and representation, and employment law, to edgy kink and sexual assault law.
Prof. Khan lends her perspective following the recent publication of her book, Vicarious Kinks: S/m in the Socio-Legal Imaginary (University of Toronto Press, 2014).
