Carleton University is currently experiencing network issues that are impeding our department’s daily operations. The following update was posted this morning by CCS:

Carleton University is open, classes are continuing and all employees are expected at work.  Business operations at the university are continuing.  Progress continues to be made on the network interruption issues.

Work is continuing to restore email services today.  If users are able to use their computer to conduct business, they are encouraged to do so.  If they cannot, they are asked to refrain from turning their computer on and are encouraged to call the CCS Service Desk at ext. 3700 or ccs.service.desk@carleton.ca.  As call volumes may be high, please press 4 to leave a message.

The Wifi network and telephones are operational. An update on the network’s status will be provided near the end of today.
