Ryan Koo is Counsel at the Department of Finance (Canada) where his practice focuses on financial institutions, financial products and services regulation, and government financing of infrastructure and development projects. Matters that Ryan regularly advises on include complex financial regulatory cases involving issues relating to national security and foreign interference.
Ryan is also a trusted legal advisor in relation to high-profile litigation matters, primarily those cases with significant fiscal implications for the federal government.
Prior to his legal practice and teaching, he worked as a legislative assistant on Parliament Hill.
