The Singer Songwriter ensemble focuses on collaboration in co-writing, accompanying and performing between all members of the ensemble. Exploring a variety of styles and genres from Bob Dylan-folk to Taylor Swift-pop, this ensemble will lead to the strengthening and increasing of skills not possible to work on as an individual artist. We will also delve into new songwriting techniques and structures that will broaden all participants experience as well-rounded musicians and writers. All material for the ensemble will be co-written within the group, allowing participants to see firsthand how their colleagues write and perform, further enhancing their future work as singer-songwriters.
