Congratulations to Clara Potworowski who has been elected as the new President of CUPS. Clara will be working with CUPS’s largest executive team to date, and has already begun planning for the 2021/22 school year. She is keen to collaborate with faculty and students as we transition back to in-person events. A big thank you to Julia Bruno, who has served two years as President of CUPS. During her term, she worked to foster a department community, and the visibility of philosophy across majors. This year, she led the club’s transition to online programming, and oversaw the implementation of six discussion groups, a first-ever Professor Panel and essay contest, and an end-of-term games night. As she moves on, she is interested in exploring opportunities related to law and policy. Thank you Julia, and a warm welcome to Clara!
