The Department of Philosophy at Carleton University invites student applications for the Phyllis Mary Putt Bursary, valued at $4000.
This bursary is awarded annually, on the recommendation of the Chair of the Department of Philosophy, to an outstanding undergraduate female student majoring in Philosophy. Eligible students will have made a positive contribution to university life. Recipient will have demonstrated financial need, must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada (landed immigrant or protected person), and must meet OSAP’s Ontario residency requirements.
Endowed in 2010 in loving memory of Phyllis Mary Putt in recognition of her years of service to Carleton University through the estate of her husband Cyril Harold Putt.
