Unmasking Connections: Neurodiversity Support Group

Through discussions, activities, and on-campus field trips, this group fosters connection, social communication skills, and wellness. This group may be a good fit for students with various disabilities including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more. No diagnosis is required to participate in the group.
On November 26th we will go on a field trip to the Carleton Disability Awareness Centre (CDAC).
At CDAC we’ll learn about social support regarding disability and accessibility.

- Explore creative and mindful outlets for self-care
- Build a community of support and shared experiences
- Promote wellbeing through nutrition, sleep, and self-compassion
