Theft of Bicycle

On November 9^th, 2009 a student attended the CSS Office to report that his bicycle had been stolen. The victim advised that he had secured his bike to a railing between the Herzberg and Tory buildings on the evening of November 4^th. When he returned the following morning, November 5^th, the bike was no longer there.
