Theft of a Bicycle- Russell/ Grenville Residence

On May 11^th, 2010 at approximately 4:00 pm a student attended CSS to report that his bicycle had gone missing.  The individual secured his bicycle to the rack in front of Russell/ Grenville Residence. It is believed that the theft occurred between April 25^th and May 11^th 2010. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
