Theft- Prescott Residence

On September 27^th, 2010 CSS was contacted in regards to a theft of a bicycle. An individual explained that he secured his bicycle to the rack outside of Prescott Residence on September 26^th. Upon his return on September 27^th he found his bicycle was missing. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
