Theft- Prescott Residence

On September 9th, 2010 CSS was contacted in regards to a theft of a bicycle. An individual explained that on August 21st, 2010 he secured his bicycle to the rack located outside of the Prescott House. He returned on September 9th, 2010 and noticed his bicycle missing.
