Campus Safety investigating multiple thefts from Athletics lockers

Bring a Lock and Lock Your Locker

The Campus Safety Services is currently investigating multiple thefts from the Athletics’ change rooms since Monday, December 10th 2012.  We would like to take this opportunity to remind all community members that utilize these change rooms of various theft prevention tips.

When attending Athletics, be sure to place your belongings into a locker and secure with an appropriate lock. Belongings should never be left unattended or in a locker that hasn’t been secured. Even if you are only stepping away from the locker or area momentarily, we recommend securing the belongings in a locker before leaving. Don’t bring any valuables that are not needed. For any small items of value, such as wallets or keys, we recommend making use of the security lockers that are located near the Athletics’ Control Centre front desk.
