Campus Safety releases two Self Defence course dates

The Campus Safety Services released two fall dates for their R.A.D women’s self defence course.

R.A.D is a comprehensive, women-only course which works to raise self-awareness, prevention, risk reduction, risk avoidance and includes an optional hands-on physical training portion.

This course is free to all Carleton University students, staff and faculty and is facilitated by certified instructors from both the Campus Safety Services and the Department of Housing.

The initial two training classes available are:

Saturday, October 5th, 2013 (9 a.m – 6 p.m)

Saturday, November 2nd, 2013 (9 a.m – 6 p.m)
