CARC Activity Submission Form

Please complete the submission form below for all fundraising activities.

The Commercial Activities Review Committee (CARC) meets monthly to review submitted activities. Student groups and individuals looking to host a fundraiser or commercial activity may submit the form below for consideration a minimum of 5 business days before the meeting dates below. Decisions will be communicated following each meeting.
