2SLGBTQIA+ Safety Talk

Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Join Campus Safety for an engaging and informative session focused on building understanding, inclusion, and collaboration between Campus Safety and the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community at Carleton University.

This presentation, led by our Engagement and Inclusion Officer, will highlight the department’s programs, services, and ongoing efforts to create a safe and inclusive campus environment for all students, staff, faculty, and visitors. Participants will learn about community engagement initiatives, safety programs, and support services available to members of the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community. This session intends to provide an opportunity for open dialogue — attendees are encouraged to ask questions, share feedback, and explore ways Campus Safety can continue fostering trust, inclusion, and belonging across campus.
