The FYC Mentor training on Brightspace effectively prepared me to be a mentor this year.(Required)
The escalation protocol was clear and I felt prepared to respond should a challenging situation occur.(Required)
I felt confident answering my mentee's questions and was able to connect them to appropriate support services on campus when needed.(Required)
