Student Group Accreditation Renewal Application

Student Groups who wish to renew their Student Group Accreditiation must complete the form below by September 30th annually. By completing this application, student organization executive members understand and agree to abide by the regulations set out in the Recognition of Student Groups policy. This form applies the university’s Accreditation process; it is not affiliated with CUSA’s Clubs and Society certificate program in anyway.
