Congratulations to Jackie Kennelly, who has been awarded a SSHRC Partnership Development Grant of $199,550 over three years, for a project, "Working upstream to prevent and end youth homelessness: mapping existing policies and practices to build better educational responses in Canada". Jackie is the principal investigator for a project that will draw together project partners and collaborators including the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness (York University), Chapin Hall (University of Chicago), A Way Home Canada, Raising the Roof, the Alliance to End Homelessness Ottawa, Child and Youth Studies (Brock University), School of Social Work (McMaster University) and the federal Homelessness Partnering Strategy of Employment and Social Development Canada.
