Congratulations to Emerich Daroya, who successfully defended his PhD in Sociology yesterday. Emerich's dissertation was titled “From Condoms to Antiretrovirals: A Posthumanist Performative Account of Men Who Have Sex with Men’s (MSM) Condomless Sexual Practices.”
Emerich has started a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health, where he is involved in the Engage COVID-19 study which studies the impacts of COVID-19 on gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men’s sexual health. This research is part of the larger Engage Study.
