As a Human Resources Coordinator at Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada, my role on the Special Projects team is to support strategic HR initiatives. My work focuses on organizational change, workforce planning, and complex people-management projects across the department.

My time in the Anthropology program at Carleton taught me how to navigate ambiguity and to understand the importance of perspective and context. Learning to question assumptions and think critically about how systems and institutions shape people’s experiences has given me skills that have been invaluable in a career focused on working with people and navigating complex organizational environments.
