Last day for a fee adjustment (financial withdrawal) when withdrawing from fall term courses or the fall portion of full year courses. Withdrawals after this date will create no financial change to fall term fees and will result in a grade of WDN to appear on your transcript.
October 1
Interest accrued over the month of September is charged to students’ accounts.
October 8

Fall term financial holds preventing access to grades through Carleton Central and the release of documents will be applied to accounts with an outstanding balance. Last day of fall term classes. Last day for academic withdrawal from fall term courses (no financial adjustment).
December 25 to January 1
Winter Holiday – the University will be closed and will reopen on January 2.
January 1
Interest accrued over the month of December is charged to students’ accounts. Interest charges begin to accrue on the winter term balance.
January 7
Winter term classes begin.
January 14
