FLBS offers immersive summer courses for undergraduate and graduate students on the shores of Flathead Lake in Northwestern Montana. They are currently accepting applications for the summer 2024 academic session. Students may apply at https://flbs.umt.edu/education.

FLBS is also accepting international students this year! To leave enough time for visa processes, please apply by the end of March.

Since 1899, Flathead Lake Biological Station of the University of Montana has offered immersive summer field ecology courses with aquatic and terrestrial focuses. Their summer academic program emphasizes experiential learning through direct field research methods and interactions with natural resource professionals.
