Some 250 alumni, students, faculty and friends of Kroeger College gathered at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Oct. 16 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the creation of the College. Current director Chris Dornan spoke in memory of Arthur Kroeger, while founding director Eileen Saunders reflected on the birth, growth and success of the College over the past decade. Award-winning author and keynote speaker Will Ferguson (Beauty Tips from Moose Jaw; Why I Hate Canadians) delivered a riotous comic address on the subject of “Being Canadian.”
