Prince Memorial Achievement Awards
Book Awards awarded annually to two outstanding graduating students in the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs. The students will be selected on the recommendation of the Director of the College. Books will be selected by the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs in consultation with the recipients. Endowed 1984 by Professor Kanta Marwah of the Department of Economics.

Bill & Marion Clark Memorial Scholarship
Awarded annually, on the recommendation of the Director of the PAPM Program, to an outstanding student proceeding from one year to another in the PAPM program who has demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities. Endowed 2001. Bill & Marion Clark were active, contributing citizens of Kingsville, Ontario for many decades. They cared deeply about politics, health care and education and were leaders in all three areas, particularly as volunteers. Bill practiced law for over half a century, while Marion managed constituency casework for the local Member of Parliament. This scholarship was endowed in 2001 and enhanced in 2007 by Dianne Clark, B.A. 1984, in memory of her parents, and in tribute to their leadership and service to the people of Essex County.

Abel Mengistab Memorial Scholarship
Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Director of the Arthur Kroeger College to an outstanding undergraduate student who is Indigenous, Black, or a member of a racialized group who is proceeding from one year to another of the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management (BPAPM) program. Eligible recipients must demonstrate a dedication to promoting social justice and social change, at Carleton or in the broader community. Application is required. Endowed in 2021 in memory of Abel Mengistab, who was a third-year student in Public Affairs and Policy Management and a dynamic community activist who exemplified kindness and empathy.
