Support for Brightspace at Carleton is provided by D2L and Teaching and Learning Services.  D2L Brightspace Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Support can be accessed directly within a Brightspace course by clicking the Help button in the navbar > then clicking Brightspace Service Desk.

Teaching and Learning Services  can assist with any questions you may have about supporting the courses you are assigned to and with using educational technology tools. Submit your educational technology requests to the TLS Support Portal. If you have questions about TA Training or payment, contact samanthashortt@cunet.carleton.ca.

    Go to brightspace.carleton.ca and log in with your MyCarletonOne username and password.
  • Need help logging in to Brightspace?
    Contact the ITS Service Desk at Carleton.
