In a new article for the Canadian Journal of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Logan Ewanation and Professor Maeder explore whether racial bias affects mock jurors’ perceptions of Indigenous eyewitnesses, particularly in cases in which the eyewitness was intoxicated at the time of the crime. This study adds to the growing body of research investigating mock jurors’ decision making in Canada.
